Self-assignable Roles

Mimu cannot do reaction roles! Some servers use Mimu's embeds to display the roles available but another bot controls the roles.

The simplest way to make self-assignable roles with Mimu is to run the commands below:
/autoresponder add trigger: -add role reply: {addrole:[$1]} {requirearg:1|role}
/autoresponder add trigger: -remove role reply: {removerole:[$1]} {requirearg:1|role}
After running the above commands, you'll need to run:
/autoresponder editmatchmode trigger: -add role matchmode: startswith
/autoresponder editmatchmode trigger: -remove role matchmode: startswithNow you can start using your self-assignable roles! To use these roles you will say:
-add role (rolename) - this will add the role you mention
-remove role (rolename) - this will remove the role you mention
Replace (rolename) with the name of the role you want.
Example: -add role newbie would give the role "newbie"

Server Verification

There are 2 common ways of doing server verification with Mimu. You can find the details of both below and how to make each of them. In both of them you can replace "-verify" with the word or phrase you want to use and "member" with your verification role.Use this command if you want people to verify by saying a word or phrase. /autoresponder add trigger: -verify reply: {addrole:member} After you run this command people will be able to verify by saying -verify.The second method is for having moderators verify people. You'll need to run 2 commands:
/autoresponder add trigger: -verify reply: {addrole:member|[$1]} {requirearg:1|user} {requirerole:moderator}
Replace "moderator" with your moderator role. Then run:
/autoresponder editmatchmode trigger: -verify matchmode: startswith
After you run these commands moderators will be able to verify people by saying -verify @member replacing "@member" with the ping of the person they want to verify.
